"I was there for a college tour with my son. The apartment is as described... This place is within walking distance of everything on campus. If my son were to pick LSU as his school, I would stay here every time. The host was responsive, everything was exactly as I expected. Right near campus, but peaceful enough not to be in the middle of campus activities.

"Steps off campus, you feel right at home in this quiet tucked away location. Nice quiet street next to Nicholson Gateway and easy walking distance to campus. Less than a 10 minute walk to Tiger Stadium! Quick access to downtown Baton Rouge and all the campus locations. Apartment was as described and James was extremely responsive and checked in on us throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting LSU. We will definitely return for future trips! Geaux Tigers!"

"Great spot for an LSU visit. 5 min walk to the stadium. There’s a market and restaurants that are also walkable. Hosts and the onsite manager were super responsive and very helpful. Place was very clean. Will definitely stay again on my next trip."
